Readings are delivered instantly as digital content, so purchases are generally not refundable once unlocked.

When we will refund

• You were charged but the reading did not unlock.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• The reading could not be generated properly because of a fault on our side.

How to ask

Email letrexai@gmail.com within 14 days with your reading link. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
